GMMC Regular Membership Free Round Guidelines

 I am asked occasionally how to redeem your free round for being a full/regular member, and it’s really easy. Once I receive your renewal form for the current year, I mark the sheet that I keep behind the counter in the pro shop with the date that you joined or renewed for the year. This usually happens within about three days of you joining/renewing, whether it be by dropping off or mailing the form, or you join online.

The free round is available to all paid regular members and can be used any day of the week at any time of the day, between January 1^st and March 31^st, or between October 1^st and December 31^st. These do not carry over into another year, so if you did not use it last year, that round is gone and any free round that you play this year is this year’s free round. 

If you play golf at GM on an annual pass or are an employee, you may use your free round to treat a friend.

If you’d like to play your free round on the day that you join, just let them know in the pro shop when you hand them your form and they’ll mark you on the sheet.

On the day that you want to use your free round, when you check in let the person at the counter know, and they will mark the sheet with the date that you used it and you are good to go.

It is not usable for some events and tournaments, check with the pro shop for clarification.
